Hey there!

I’m Shreya, a UX/UI/Product Designer with a Master’s in HCI, a background in IT, and a photographer’s eye. I turn complex problems into simple, human-centered solutions by asking the right questions, designing with purpose, and making sure people stay at the heart of every decision.

My Journey

I started in IT because I’ve always been fascinated by the possibilities of technology. But along the way, I realized my strength wasn’t in writing lines of code — it was in noticing the details others missed: the subtle layout shifts, the interaction hiccups, the small things that make a big difference.

Earning my Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction at Indiana University Bloomington gave me the perfect bridge between technical knowledge and design thinking. It sharpened my ability to translate human needs into intuitive, impactful products.

Over the last 5+ years, I’ve worked across senior living, automotive, and service-based industries, creating experiences that are visually polished, technically feasible, and measurably impactful.

How I work

Research First

Understand the problem before jumping into solutions.

Keep iterating

One solution rarely fits all; I test and iterate.

Focus on What Matters

Prioritize the changes with the biggest impact.

Collaborate Constantly

The best ideas often come from cross-functional teamwork.

My Design Philosophy

Question everything, assume nothing – Better questions lead to stronger solutions.
Good design is invisible – Seamless experiences mean design has succeeded.
Consistency builds trust – Predictable patterns give users confidence.
Design with empathy – Technology should serve people, not the reverse.
